Nuhum Hembram is an Indian Santali writer known for his contributions to children's literature. He received the Bal Sahitya Puraskar in 2011 from the Sahitya Akademi, India's National Academy of Letters, for his Santali poetry book Singar Akhra.[1][2]
Hembram's literary work focuses on enriching Santali children's literature and promoting the Santali language through poetry and storytelling.
