The Dorian Award for Outstanding Lead Performance in a Broadway Play is a theatrical award given annually to the best performance in a play on Broadway by GALECA: The Society of LGBTQ Entertainment Critics since 2010 (the group was initially named the Gay and Lesbian Entertainment Critics Association).
